Cancellations: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Anything after this time will result in rebooking for the next available time slot that fit your needs. No-Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment and do not notify me, you will be required to pay for your next service in full. Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. Grace Period: You have a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment is canceled and considered a no-show. Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. This secures your spot and goes toward your final balance.
If you cancel within the approved time frame, your deposit can be transferred once.
